WORK
Work is the total change in energy, or the amount of force applied over a distance. During a football throw, there is work being performed by two different things. The first thing that performs work on the football is the cockback motion. To find the work of the cockback you must first find the displacement of the cockback. After finding the displacement of the cockback you can now find the work of the cockback.
Therefore the amount of work done by cockback motion is 1.848J.
The second thing that performs work on the football is when it is thorwn. In order to find the work of the thorw you must first find the displacement of the throw. After finding the displacement of the throw you can find the work of the throw.
Therefore the work of the throw is 74.1J.
